This Privacy Policy explains how OPENLINECO LLC, doing business as OpenLine ("OpenLine," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Site (openlineco.com) and our Services.

From Site Visitors: Contact information you submit through forms on the Site (e.g., name, email, phone number, practice name), typically when requesting a consultation; standard technical/usage data collected automatically (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited), which may be gathered via analytics tools.
From Client Practices and Their Patients: In the course of providing Services to Client dental practices and similar healthcare businesses, OpenLine's personnel may access patient information (such as names, contact details, appointment information, and in some cases insurance information) solely as necessary to answer calls and schedule appointments on behalf of the Client. This information is handled under the terms of the Client services agreement and applicable Business Associate Agreement, and is not used by OpenLine for any purpose beyond providing the Services to that Client.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our Services;
- To provide the Services to Client practices, including answering calls and scheduling appointments;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- with Client dental practices and similar healthcare businesses, as necessary to perform the Services (e.g., relaying patient scheduling information to the practice's own systems);
- with service providers who help us operate the Site or our business (e.g., hosting, email, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations;
- as required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OpenLine, our Clients, or others.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Patient information accessed in the course of providing Services to dental practice and similar healthcare Clients is subject to additional safeguards described in our Business Associate Agreements with those Clients.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law or our agreements with Clients.
6. Your Choices
If you are a Site visitor who has submitted contact information, you may request that we delete that information by contacting us at the email below, subject to any retention obligations we may have.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
